THG has appointed Sue Farr as a senior independent director with immediate effect.
An experienced FTSE 100, 250, Small Cap and AIM board member, she has worked for 16 years in various non-executive director roles following a prior career in media, advertising and marketing.
Farr is currently a non-executive director at British American Tobacco, Lookers and Helical and Accsys Technologies. However. she will be stepping down from her role at Accsys at the company’s forthcoming AGM after serving for nine years.
Her past roles also include non-executive directorships at Dairy Crest and Millennium & Copthorne Hotels.
