Schuh has launched its first ever customer loyalty programme.

Called The Schuh Club, the programme offers members the opportunity to earn points as they shop, which are then converted into money-off rewards and automatically sent to customers to spend on their next purchase. Points will also give members exclusive access to promotions and events.

Schuh said the scheme will give it a 360 degree view of customers’ shopping behaviour by identifying them across channels. It will also allow it to tie in-store transactions to a customer via the unique digital member ID which is downloaded to the customer’s phone wallet. In return, Schuh can deliver increased personalisation and an enhanced customer experience.

Customers are able to sign up for the scheme online or via a QR code in-store.
