PrettyLittleThing (PLT), part of the Boohoo Group, has officially launched its re-sale MarketPlace app for UK customers, ahead of a US launch, to allow its community to buy and sell pre-loved pieces.
The firms creative director, Molly-Mae Hague, said it will roll out to international markets by the end of the year.
It will allow consumers to sell their old PLT items, as well as second-hand items from other brands.
Phase one of the platform will include functions such as PLT existing account sync, PLT and non PLT listings, wish lists, a message centre, image recognition and text filtering, verified users and PayPal integration.
Phase two of the app will include allowing users to leave reviews for sellers, subscription service, PLT store credit as a payment method and transactional push notifications.
