Ocado Solutions chief executive Luke Jensen is to retire from his role on 30 September.
He will also step down as executive director from the Ocado Group board as he looks to focus on external non-executive director positions.
Appointed to the chief executive role in 2017 and as a member of the board in 2018,
Jensen will be succeeded by Ocado non-executive director John Martin as chief executive of the solutions business. Martin will take up his new role on 1 September to allow for a suitable handover period. At that point, he will step down from the board.
