Mountain Warehouse and Cotton Traders are the first retailers to open their stores in the new shopping village in The Valley, formerly known as Evesham Country Park in Worcestershire.
Outdoors retailer Mountain Warehouse has launched a new 4000 square foot store, while Cotton Traders moved from its existing shop in The Valley, to one of the new retail units, taking their store from 1200 to 2000 square foot.
More retailers are due to open within the next couple of months as part of the multi-million pound re-development to the 125 acre shopping, leisure and adventure destination.
Spencer Gower, Eagle One retail asset manager, said: “We are delighted to launch our new shopping village with Cotton Traders and Mountain Warehouse, and are looking forward to more retailers opening at The Valley in the coming weeks. We have lots of exciting plans underway and as well as our existing visitors we are looking forward to welcoming lots more families to The Valley.”
