It has been reported in the Retail Bulletin that Naked Wines has appointed Stephen Bolton as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
He will also chair the company’s audit committee.
Bolton possesses nearly forty years’ experience in the areas of operational and strategic finance, investor relations, M&A, internal audit and risk and compliance. His career has included a 13-year stint at alcoholic drinks company Diageo where his most recent role was group controller. Prior to that, he was finance director at Unilever. He has also previously been a non-executive director of the Clarks footwear brand.
