The Lick paint and wallpaper brand has chosen London’s Northcote Road for the opening of its first bricks-and-mortar store.
Designed by Oskar Kohnen Studio, the shop will aim to be an interiors oasis in the heart of Battersea.
Lick has created a bespoke colour called Northcote 65 to celebrate the opening of the shop. The brand said the colour was inspired by an archive image of Battersea Power Station’s pink control centre. Data from Lick has revealed that pink is one of the neighbourhood’s most-ordered paint colours.
Lick is also planning to open stores in Bristol and Manchester.
