The John Lewis department store has launched a new virtual ‘Try It On’ service for customers of its fashion rental offering.
To use the service, customers are asked to upload their headshot and input their height, bra size and dress size which then allows them to click on the ‘Try It On’ icon hovering above their chosen product. An image will then be generated, adapting the image that is already on the site. This will enable the customer to see if the product’s length is appropriate for what they are looking for, whether a certain style fits them well, or if the colour suits their skin tone.
John Lewis is working with Zyler on the service.
