In The Style has announced that its chief financial and chief operating officer Paul Masters will be stepping down in March to focus on his health.
Masters has worked with the business since 2017 and has been credited with playing a key role in driving growth and leading the business through its IPO in March last year.
Following a search process, Masters will be succeeded in his chief financial officer role by Richard Monaghan, who is currently director of finance at Victorian Plumbing. His previous roles include stints as deputy chief financial officer and group financial controller at Autotrader. He will take up his new position in mid-March when he will work with Masters to ensure a smooth transition.
Meanwhile, Masters’ chief operating officer responsibilities will be overseen by In The Style chief executive Sam Perkins.
