I Saw It First founder steps down following Frasers acquisition. Kamani has resigned as a director of the Manchester-based company after it was taken over by Frasers Group last month.
According to documents filed at Companies House, the founder Jalal Kamani, the brother of Boohoo co-founder Mahmud Kamani, has stepped down as the company’s director.
In addition, the retailer’s buying, merchandising and brand director Leanne Holmes has also stepped down.
Stephen Mucklow has been appointed administrator. It comes two months after he was appointed non-executive director of Lancashire-based Studio Retail Group, which was acquired by Frasers Group earlier this year.
