Hermès is granting all staff a £3,500 bonus to all 19,700 of its employees at the end of this month following a highly successful year.
The bonus follows the news of the company’s 29% increase in revenue to £10.3 billion for 2022, revealing “remarkable” sales growth in all geographical regions.
Net profit reached £2.9 billion representing profitability of 29%. Annual recurring operating income increased 40.5% to £4 billion.
In a statement, CEO Axel Dumas said that the 12,400 employees in France will receive the equivalent of 17 months’ salary per year as part of its “value sharing” policy.
