H&M is set to open a new concept store in place of its existing store in Hammersmith next month.

The store will feature 2,300 square metres of selling space and have a completely new look and feel.  H&M are looking to use the store as a test to improving customer experience.

The store will have stone flooring and greenery to create a covered courtyard feel, and a wrought iron staircase connecting the three floors.

The fashion products in the store will be tailored to the tastes of the Hammersmith customers, and will also feature H&M home products.  H&M Club customers will be able to get their H&M garments repaired free of charge in the store.

The store will open its doors to customers on 6th December at 4:30pm, and the first 200 customers through the door will receive a goodie bag.  Customers will also receive a 20% discount, with the Club Members receiving 25%.
