Loaf has appointed Anne Blixen-Finecke as its new chief financial officer. Ms Blixen-Finecke has joined Loaf from Debenhams where she was commercial financial director. Prior to that, she held various senior finance management roles at Marks & Spencer and Tesco.
At Loaf, Ms Blixen-Finecke will play an active role in shaping the company’s long-term growth strategy as it aims to double its sales and profits over the next five years.
