Card Factory has appointed Indira Thambiah as a non-executive director.
Due to take up her role on 1 September, she will also be appointed as a member of Card Factory’s remuneration, audit and risk, and nomination committees.
Thambiah was previously chief executive of Roof Maker, the online direct-to-consumer rooflight business. Prior to that, she was senior advisor to the Venture Founders venture capital firm and was also chief executive of premium bathroom distributor CP Hart. Her past roles also include being head of multichannel at Home Retail Group and vice president of Europe at online sales marketplace Zulily.
