Amazon has requested that corporate employees return to working in the office for at least three days a week from 1 May,
In a memo to posted on the company’s news site that was shared with staff, Amazon’s chief executive Andy Jassy said in-person work as opposed to remote made it easier to “learn, model, practice and strengthen our culture when we’re in the office together most of the time and surrounded by colleagues.”
He also said that it facilitated improved collaboration, inventing and learning.
