Adidas and Prada collaborate on NFT projectPrada and Adidas Originals have jointly collaborated to launch its first NFT collection, a crowd-sourced artwork collage.
Starting from 24 January, anyone is able to register to submit a photograph using a specially-designed filter that is then manipulated, scrambled and 40% reduced so it can be anonymised.
The collage will be made up of thousands of individual photographs that will be selected by a raffle and minted by Adidas as unique, free NFTs.
The final “minted” Prada x Adidas NFT will be auctioned off at digital art marketplace SuperRare from 28 to 31 January. The proceeds from the sale will be donated to a charity supporting artists and creators, with a portion of sales split between the creators of the artwork.
