Senior appointments are handled by our most senior consultants.  We understand how critical it is to make the right appointment in the quickest time possible therefore experience and expertise is vital.  Our senior appointments team have over 75 years recruitment experience between them.   They have a network of senior professionals built up over a long career in recruitment and are experts at identifying the right talent for board level appointments ranging from finance director, to digital director or a managing director for an SME. 

At RHR, we believe in the importance of continuity when handling assignments which is why the person you meet will be the person who delivers your project and works with the candidates being submitted for the role.  We will agree a full and detailed job specification and personal profile, outline the recruitment process, go to market and talent map a shortlist of candidates, assess them for suitability and interest in the role and manage them through the selection process.
