A luxury optical retailer based in West London is looking for a sales director to cover the UK market. This company has established themselves within the bespoke optical market and pride themselves on delivering an impeccable and tailored service to all clients.

The main responsibilities in this role will be to execute the wholesale sales strategy to drive growth and client retention. This will consist of managing and motivating the sales team to create a results focused and collaborative environment. You will also monitor sales data and market trends to ensure that the most effective strategy is being implemented.

You will need to be comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders/partners to develop and maintain the relationship with existing luxury wholesale clients and experience within the eyewear industry is highly desired for this role.

Salary is paying up to £80,000 accompanied by a discretionary bonus and range of benefits.
