Role Overview:

The UK Sales Director will lead and execute the wholesale sales strategy with a focus on driving growth and client retention. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the luxury eyewear industry, and a proven ability to lead and develop sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement a wholesale strategy aligned with the company’s luxury positioning.

Focus on growing revenue and market share in the UK.

2.Team Leadership:
Manage and inspire the UK sales team, driving performance and accountability.

Foster a results-oriented culture focused on excellence and collaboration.

3. Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-end wholesale clients, ensuring superior service and satisfaction.

4. Performance Analysis:
Monitor sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies and drive results.
Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership.

5. Market Development

Key Attributes and Competencies:

Experience:
Extensive experience in sales within the eyewear industry, with at least 3 years in a Sales Director role.

2. Leadership:
Experience managing sales teams with a focus on collaboration and performance.

A results-driven leader who thrives on motivating and mentoring teams to achieve ambitious goals.

3. Strategic Thinking:
Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to luxury markets.

Strong understanding of managing marketing budgets and implementing the company's marketing strategy.
Proactive in identifying trends and acting swiftly to capitalise on opportunities.

Relationship Management:
