Supply Chain Project Coordinator
Our Supply Chain team is looking for a Supply Chain Project Coordinator to support the Project Managers on a fixed term contract until October 2025. The Project Coordinator will assist with various projects and change initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle. About the Role
This role plays a key part in supporting the Supply Chain Project Managers in successfully delivering projects on time and within budget, ensuring all elements—from concept to go-live—are carefully considered. The Project Coordinator will provide project expertise to support both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and Harrods policies, while delivering new solutions, processes, and infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting Project Managers in progressing project goals and deliverables by organising and facilitating meetings and workshops with stakeholders
• Capturing decisions and actions during meetings, sharing updates, and tracking the progress and completion of outstanding items
• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of project organisation structures, project plans, communication plans, and RACI documentation
• Preparing project status reports and performance presentations for Project and Steering Committee updates
• Assisting in clearly defining project requirements and scope, and ensuring shared understanding among all stakeholders
• Supporting Project Managers with requirements gathering and process mapping, as needed
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
• Experience supporting the delivery of small to medium-sized projects, including managing multiple projects simultaneously through all phases of the project lifecycle
• Familiarity with project management processes and PMO governance
• Experience supporting RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) management, including maintaining associated registers
• Proven ability to record, track, and drive action items with stakeholders
• Experience supporting change management activities
