This boutique department showcases a thoughtfully curated collection of beautifully crafted leather pieces, designed for everyday sophistication. As supervisor, you will report directly to the store manager and play a vital role in delivering a consistently elevated customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example on the shop floor with a consultative, customer-first approach
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business
- Support and coach team members to deliver service excellence

About You:
- Proven experience in a luxury retail environment, ideally in a supervisory role
- Skilled in team leadership and driving performance through coaching and example
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer journey from start to finish
- Naturally confident in developing meaningful client relationships
