Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture lasting relationships with VIP and regular clients, offering a personalized shopping experience tailored to their preferences.
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to consistently achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Act as the first point of contact for key clients, providing expert product knowledge and styling advice to enhance their shopping experience.
- Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring the store environment reflects the luxury standards of the Victoria Beckham brand.
- Work closely with the management team to implement strategies for building client loyalty and increasing repeat business.
- Organise and manage exclusive events for key clients to promote new collections and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Manage inventory and stock levels efficiently to ensure product availability and timely restocking.
- Support the team with training and development to ensure the highest level of customer service.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the luxury retail industry, with a strong focus on client relationship management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
