We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at The Edinburgh Woollen Mill Pontefract. Our store is located in the heart of this historic West Yorkshire market town, known for its rich heritage, charming town centre, and strong sense of community—making it a popular destination for both locals and visitors alike.

As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales: Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a performance-driven culture.
Operational Management: Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards while managing costs effectively.
