As store manager, you’ll take full ownership of store operations and team performance. Leading from the front, you’ll drive KPI success, ensure exceptional service standards, and create a welcoming, on-brand environment that reflects the style and values of the business.

You’ll also play a key role in developing your team, using coaching and mentoring to support their growth. Maintaining a safe and compliant working space will also be a key responsibility.
