We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at Bonmarché in our location in St Neots. Our store is situated on the High Street, right in the heart of this charming market town, known for its friendly atmosphere, historic character, and a wide range of local amenities. As a key destination for fashion enthusiasts in the area, our St Neots store offers a dynamic and rewarding environment to work in, with excellent opportunities for growth and development. As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Sales: Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a performance-driven culture.
