We have a fantastic opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at Bonmarché in Stanway Garden Centre. Our store is located within this popular garden centre, offering a tranquil yet vibrant setting with a range of local amenities. Known for its relaxing atmosphere and welcoming community, it’s a favourite spot for fashion enthusiasts. The store provides a dynamic and rewarding environment to work in, with plenty of opportunities for growth and development. As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Sales: Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a performance-driven culture.
• Operational Management: Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards while managing costs effectively.
