Store Manager

A luxury fashion retailer is looking for a store manager in the Marylebone area. This company takes pride in producing quality products that are statement pieces for special occasions.

As the store manager you will need to be a proactive leader who has a strong background in luxury retail. You will be given responsibility surrounding operations and need to be familiar with meeting targets to drive sales. Customer service is at the heart of this company and experience with clienteling/relationship building is imperative for this position.

The ideal candidate will have an innovative mindset to increase commerciality and ensure that the team are motivated through regular coaching conversations and performance reviews.

This role is paying up to £65,000.
