Store Manager

An exciting opportunity has become available for a store manager to join a well-known High Street brand near Penrith. This company is renowned for its commitment to high-quality products, innovative designs, and sustainable practices.

In this role, you will have full accountability for leading your team to achieve store sales, meet KPIs, and manage budgets. You will also be responsible for training and developing your team, making strategic commercial decisions to maximise profitability, and establishing the store as a key player in the local market. Providing exceptional customer service and leading your team from the shop floor will be at the heart of your responsibilities.

We are seeking a store manager with experience in a customer-focused fashion environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about achieving KPIs, maintaining excellent standards, and leading a team to success. Strong communication skills and a drive to develop and inspire others are essential. Experience in menswear would be a valuable advantage.
