Store Manager

This longstanding home appliance retailer, is looking for a store manager to lead its team at its flagship location in the heart of London. The company, with 93 stores across the UK, adopts a unique approach in store, aiming to inspire and advise customers to ensure their service expectations are being exceeded.

The role will centre around driving performance in a variety of areas within the Strand based store. On any given day this could entail, upskilling members of your team to elevate store standards, improve back of house processes or operational procedures throughout the store and motivating your team.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate prior retail management experience, with a clear understanding on how to drive sales and meet KPIs. An operationally minded individual will also allow for greater success in the role, whilst an ability to communicate clearly will improve the collaborative capabilities of your team.

The successful applicant will receive a salary of up to £36,000, with an opportunity to further grow your salary through a lucrative bonus scheme.
