We have a fantastic opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team in Workington. Our store is situated in the heart of this historic coastal town in Cumbria known for its strong industrial heritage, cultural attractions and modern amenities. As a central hub for fashion lovers in the community our Workington store offers a vibrant and rewarding environment to work in.

As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
