Senior Store Manager - Luxury Goods

Our Client is a Luxury Goods retailer with over 40 sites across the UK and Ireland and a growing international presence.
We are seeking a Senior Store Manager for their newly renovated site in Cambridgeshire.
With product values in the thousands, this is a very considered purchase. You will need ensure your team are very well trained and capable of meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Clientelling and relationship building are a large part of the role. As a Senior Store Manager you must be a strong and confident leader, capable of building relationships and role modelling excellent selling skills.

Full product training will be provided but you should come from an environment where personal service, customer engagement and sales targets are of paramount importance.
You will need to have at least 2 years experience as a store manager and proven ability in leading a team.

In return our client is offering a generous basic salary plus monthly commission based on store sales.
