Senior Store Manager

We are seeking a retail store manager with a background in Fashion or similar customer service related retail to join our clients business as a Store Manager.
Working 5 days a week and alternate weekends, you will lead your store to deliver an excellent customer experience. Focusing on core retail disciplines of sales, service, cost and people.
Leading a team of around 35 staff including department managers, you will work with other senior stakeholders in the company. Upholding brand standards and organizational values of trust and respect.
This client has an excellent reputation for people development, renowned for their culture which focuses on training and product innovation.
This is a Senior Manager role with a £40,000 basic salary plus benefits. You will need comprehensive experience in retail management to be considered for this opportunity. Ideally you will already be working as a store manager and looking for your next step, or you might be a strong deputy manager in a large retail environment with a number of years of team leadership to demonstrate on CV.
