In return, the company offers a competitive salary of up to £33,000, complemented by a performance-related annual bonus of up to £4,000. The shift patterns for this role are designed to promote work/life balance, offering every other weekend off and working only 7 shifts across 14 days. There is a generous benefits package including 33 days holiday, 6% matched pension, life assurance to name a few.
