Senior HR Advisor
This fashion retailer specialise in apparel and equipment tailored to the outdoor industry and has a strong presence in the UK and internationally. This has led to the retailer opening new stores and expanding to different markets. As a result, they are looking to expand their HR function and hire a senior HR advisor.
As an HR advisor, you will play an integral role in driving the people agenda across the company. Your main focus will be managing systems, policies and ER.
Coming from a similar position in the retail industry, you will be someone with experience using a HRIS as the company is in the process of implementing a new system so experience within this will be beneficial. Also you will be developing two direct reports, so experience within management will be key.
The role is paying up to £55,000 for the right candidate. There is a benefits package that includes a pension scheme and a generous discount scheme. The retailer is based in Central London and has hybrid working in place.
