Senior Floor Manager

A luxury accessories retailer located in Stansted Airport are looking for a senior floor manager to ensure that the highest level of service is being delivered and customers are fully satisfied with their shopping exprience. This retailer is loved by many due to its extensive product range that is promoted through exciting collaborations and events.

They are looking for a candidate with great people and coaching skills who can motivate their team and drive sales within the business whilst working closely with the operations team to ensure that there is maximum stock availability for the customers.

The ideal candidate will display the ability to be a leader to a team of 15-20 people whilst being driven by commercial targets and displaying the ability to sell a variety different product types.

The role is paying up to £32,000.
