As a sales associate, you will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, building customer loyalty, and driving your own sales. Working effectively as a part of the team, you will be a great communicator who takes pride in your products and is keen to share your product knowledge.
A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to upholding brand standards are essential. Experience in selling during events, product launches, and promotions is important, and experience in luxury products is a plus.
The base salary for this role is up to £23,000, but the real value lies in the excellent commission structure that generously rewards performance. Additional benefits include healthcare and opportunities for career progression, with training provided to support your growth.
