As the retail manager, your focus is to drive sales through strong coaching, leadership and product knowledge. A personalised one-to-one selling environment that requires the teams development. Your commercial awareness will set you a part from others.
The basic salary is up to £43,000, along with a benefits package that includes generous discounts, wellbeing programs, and ongoing rewards for your commitment and service. There is a strong bonus structure in place.
