Regional Manager - Central / East England

Reporting to the Divisional Manager you will lead a large geographical area and a team of Area Managers across Central and East England.

This global brand is a market leader in their field.
You will be responsible for Leading the following:

Retail Sales, ensuring a proactive and positive customer experience
Brand compliance,
Team leadership and development of your area and store teams.
Stock management
Merchandizing standards
Succession planning

You will be responsible for approximately 35-40 locations and 4-5 area managers.

The Idea candidate will have 2 years or more experience as an area or regional manager in retail Accessories, Beauty, Fashion, Jewellery, Furniture, Footwear or similar assisted sales environments.
