Product Manager
We are representing a global luxury beauty brand, renowned for its innovative and trend-setting products, as they search for an exceptional individual to lead their Makeup division on a temporary basis. The Role: As a Product Manager for the Makeup category, you will be responsible for leading the product development cycle from concept to launch, with a focus on luxury, quality, and trendsetting innovation. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing product strategies that align with the brand's global vision and market leadership.
• Leading cross-functional teams to deliver breakthrough products, from concept ideation to market launch.
• Analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify key opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Collaborating closely with R&D, design, and creative teams to ensure every product embodies the brand's prestige and innovation.
• Managing product lifecycle and ensuring alignment with marketing, PR, and retail teams for successful launches.
