People Manager
We’re on the lookout for a passionate People Manager to assist and support restaurants across a region with their people related priorities. Working together with the People Business Partners, you will play a key role in ensuring the restaurants achieve their business goals and balanced scorecard objectives. You will also support the wider People team to ensure departmental goals and projects are delivered. This is an exciting and varied role which is a great opportunity to develop your expertise. You will spend time out in the restaurants in your region, as well as in our London office in Kensington, and therefore this role will suit someone who is happy to travel regularly across the country and work closely with our operational managers as well as the wider People team.
The successful candidate will be adept at building strong relationships with our teams in our restaurants and across the wider business. Driving for continuous improvement with strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to balance different priorities. You will have previous experience within a People function, a genuine interest in developing your career and will enjoy a fast paced working environment.
