Night Replenishment Manager

This global retailer is looking for a night replenishment manager to support the management team during the nights. This retailer is known for their diverse range of products and positive company culture.

Based in Staines-Upon-Thames, you responsible for managing the stock level across several departments within the store, as well as monitoring stock loss and making sure that all the operational tasks are completed promptly.

As an ideal candidate, you will be a solution-driven profile, with leadership skills to guide the team in maintaining excellent stock standards both across the shop floor and back of the house. You will have the ability to communicate effectively with both the sales team and management to meet the business needs.

Coming from a similar position, you will be someone with great organisations skills working in a fast pace environment.

The role pays up to £34,000 plus a 15% night allowance and annual bonus. The company also offers a benefits package with health and life insurance. Please note, that the work schedule is 3 on 3 off.
