Night Replenishment and Administration Manager
A premium retailer is looking to recruit a night replen and admin manager to work in one of its multi-million pound flagship sites. The company is renowned for offering exceptional customer service standards in its stores and great opportunities to develop your career.
The role of night manager will oversee all back of house functions within a store. You’ll be part of a management team who focus on replenishment, range reviews, promotional merchandising management, health and safety and store administration. This role would suit a manager who is analytical and enjoys the operational aspects of running a business retail unit.
The ideal candidate will come from a retail background and have had exposure to working in a back of house environment. You’ll be an experienced people manager who has a natural leadership style that can motivate their team to deliver the world class customer service standards that are expected within the business.
In return they are looking to pay a salary of up to £34,000, a night allowance up to £5,100 and a performance related bonus of up to 12% of your salary. You will also be given the autonomy to make decisions within your department that you wouldn’t necessarily get elsewhere. The company is always open to new ideas and will give you the chance to put these into practice.
