Marketing Manager
Our client is dedicated to offering the finest quality natural and organic products, combining exceptional customer service with a strong commitment to environmental responsibility. They are seeking a skilled marketing lead to join their central London team.
As a marketing lead, you will take on a 360° marketing role, working closely with the head of marketing. People leadership will be key here, leading a team to success. You will be looking at the strategy of the department to drive local in-store marketing to ensure cohesive customer touchpoints across the business. In addition, there will be development within the e-commerce department, where you will be guiding the plan. Giving guidance for the team to create enticing campaigns, launch new products and generate sales from promotions.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a retail marketing role, demonstrating expertise in both digital and in-store 360° marketing. You should be able to demonstrate strategy and how you have measured success. Experience in retail, with B2B and B2C experience is ideal.
The role offers a competitive salary of up to £68,000, along with an attractive bonus, 35 days holiday, shares and medical coverage. This is a full-time, in-office position, requiring five days a week in the office.
