Marketing Manager
Our client a growing premium food retailer is looking for a marketing manager to drive the marketing strategy across all retail markets both in the UK. This is an exciting time to join this international company with an ambitious growth trajectory forecast for the next five years
Taking ownership of the retail marketing budget, you will play an integral role in enhancing the customer journey by covering CRM, performance and affiliate marketing. This a board role which
covers CRM, performance and affiliate marketing giving you scope to truly make a difference to the brand’s customer journey. The position will have a wealth of data to work with thanks to their powerful CDP and will oversee our portfolio of agency partners to ensure our
marketing investments are optimised for efficiency and growth.
Coming from a marketing background, you will have experience developing multi-channel campaigns within the retail industry. You will have had success in a similar digital marketing manager position and have developed CRM and digital marketing strategies. We are searching for experience in multi-channel campaigns, strong knowledge of CRM best practices and with A/B testing to ensure learning is driving business forward.
This position offers a competitive salary of up to £70,000 along side 20% bonus and great benefits package. In addition there is hybrid working and a great opportunity to be part of a company as they grow.
