Marketing and Activations Manager
A prestigious global fragrance company is seeking a marketing and activations manager for a newly created role. This family-owned company, known for its growing premium brand portfolio, emphasises wellness, confidence, and self-expression while making a positive impact on the world.
In this role, you will work closely with in-store teams, leading promotions, activations, events, PR, and press activities. You’ll manage the retail area manager and their teams to drive the growth of specific brands within the company. Collaboration will be key, as you’ll work with host stores, their marketing teams, the global marketing team, and retail colleagues to develop strategies that expand brand presence.
Ideal candidates will have experience in a beauty environment, with a deep understanding of the unique demands of in-store retailing. Your marketing skills will align with the retail team’s goals, helping to meet targets, KPIs and managing the P&L. Experience with London’s major department stores would be advantageous to effectively manage relationships and navigate challenges.
This high-visibility role offers a basic salary of up to £70,000, with a bonus potential of up to 18%, excellent benefits such as hybrid working, early Friday finishes, 33 days of holiday, and a generous discount program.
