Licensed Designer - Mens

We are seeking a commercially driven Menswear Designer with a strong background in licensed apparel to join our creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading UK high street fashion supplier, designing for some of the biggest names in entertainment, sports, gaming, and pop culture.

About the Role:
As a key member of our menswear design team, you'll be responsible for creating trend-led licensed collections that align with high street customer profiles. From concept to delivery, you’ll bring fresh thinking to shape, print and placement graphics across a variety of product types – from casualwear to loungewear.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design commercial licensed menswear collections (shapes and graphics) across key high street accounts
- Interpret trends and develop mood boards, CADs and technical packs
- Work closely with licensors to ensure brand guidelines are followed while pushing creative boundaries
- Liaise with buyers and internal teams to deliver on briefs and meet deadlines
- Present ranges with a strong commercial understanding of the UK and European retail landscape

The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience designing licensed product within menswear
- Strong graphic and shape design ability with commercial awareness
- Confident working with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Solid understanding of the UK high street and youth market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated, organised, and UK-based (remote working with occasional in-person meetings as required)
