Duties: Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Develop and maintain budgets for kitchen operations while adhering to cost control measures. Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure optimal performance and teamwork. Oversee food handling practices to comply with health and safety regulations. Coordinate catering services as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction with menu offerings. Utilize POS systems for tracking sales and managing orders efficiently. Collaborate with the restaurant management team to enhance the overall dining experience. Experience: Proven experience in a kitchen management role or as an Assistant Manager in a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of budgeting practices and inventory control methods. Familiarity with coffee preparation and service is a plus. Background in hospitality management or catering is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Understanding of food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our culinary operations.
