We are looking for a Junior Operations Manager to elevate our stores to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for leading General Managers, optimizing work processes, and achieving commercial objectives.

A gross monthly salary between €3280,- and € 4714,- depending on experience

What will you do as a Junior Operations Manager?

Lead 5-6 General Managers and their teams.
Ensure uniform and customer-focused store operations.
Improve processes and coach employees in their development.
Monitor and enhance financial performance.
Collaborate with various stakeholders inside and outside the organization.

Proven experience in a leadership role within our organization.
Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate teams.

Analytical skills to monitor and adjust performance as needed.
