Junior Merchandiser

This internationally renowned footwear and accessories retailer is seeking a junior merchandiser to join their head office team. Known for delivering affordable luxury with a focus on design and quality, the brand has thrived for over 30 years and continues to expand, including new store openings this year.

In this role, you will specialise in marketplace and digital partnerships. Collaborating closely with the head of marketplace and digital, your responsibilities will include developing strategies, driving sales, analysing website performance to enhance sales, ensuring accurate stock levels to fulfill orders, and managing all aspects of merchandising.

The ideal candidate will have online merchandising experience with a fashion brand at the junior merchandiser level. However, Senior Assistant Merchandisers ready to take the next step in their career are also encouraged to apply. You will be able to demonstrate your analytical approach and strong communication.

This position offers a competitive salary of up to £42,000, along with a generous bonus, life assurance, and a season ticket loan. The company operates a hybrid working policy, with two days in the office and three from home. This is a 12 month contract.
