You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the HR function and ensure line managers are adhering to ER policy. The retailer are reshaping their people strategy and you will play a pivotal role in this.

Coming from a similar background, you will be eager to develop your skills and experience with this employer. Experience using HRIS or implementing it is highly advantageous.

Paying up to £55,000, this role includes a performance-related bonus and a generous benefits package. The role is based in Central London but there is hybrid working in place. This company is passionate about people's development & progression.
